Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in Melbourne. In this role, you will supervise a team of cleaners, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain excellent client relationships. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaners across various client sites.
• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and support team members in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to maintain satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Monitor and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role is essential.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning practices, health and safety guidelines, and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).

Pay Rate:

·       $30 - $35 per hour, depending on experience. Additional allowances and extra rates apply for weekend and public holiday work.
