Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. An Australian accent will be highly regarded to connect with our local customer base effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from our database.
• Present and promote SmiRac Facility Solutions' services effectively.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with a clear, confident phone manner.
• Australian accent or familiarity with Australian communication styles is an asset.
• Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

Annual Wages:

• Part-Time Position: AUD $35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives and commission opportunities
