Position Overview:
As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies that enhance SmiRac’s market presence and expand our client base. This role requires a blend of strategic marketing expertise and sales acumen to achieve measurable results and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social) to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Content & Social Media Management: Develop engaging content for various platforms, manage a social media calendar, and increase audience engagement across channels.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and measuring success metrics to optimize performance.
  • Market Analysis & Trend Monitoring: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, maintaining a professional and cohesive brand image.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Organize and promote trade shows, industry events, and client engagement activities to expand SmiRac’s visibility.

Sales Duties

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential clients through outbound sales strategies, networking, and industry research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal Development & Sales Presentations: Prepare and present proposals, service offerings, and customized solutions to prospective clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales funnel by tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, setting targets and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with the operations team to ensure alignment between sales promises and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing and sales role, preferably within the service industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay Rate:

  • $71,000 - $91,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives and commission opportunities.
